 Due to growth within the business, an opportunity has presented itself for a Charter Sales Executive at Air Charter Scotland. You will be based at East Kilbride, with occasional work at our office in London Luton Airport.

We are one of Europe’s leading Executive Jet Charter and Management Companies, operating a fleet of light, mid-sized and heavy business jets on a Worldwide Air Operator Certificate (AOC). Your role is to complement our current team, to work in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic environment, allowing for our business to develop and grow and offering the highest level of standards of service, from quotation stage through to pre-flight preparations.

Your role will be to add and compliment the sales team, and duties will include tasks such as;  

  1. Inputting flight quotations
  2. Processing charter bookings from enquiry stage through to booking
  3. Assisting with enquiries from customers to maintain and build on our loyal customer base
  4. Develop relationships with new clients by delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  5. Consistently achieving sales targets is essential in this job role, and previous experience with a proven track record of achieving and delivering results is a requirement.

 

The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualities;

  • Experience in aviation is desirable, however you must have an interest in Aviation in order to succeed in this role.
  • Must be able to manage workloads under pressure, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written are essential.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and proactive thinking are key to ensure that we deliver a level of service that sets Air Charter Scotland apart from the competition.
  • Having the ability to identify, establish and build rapport with clients is a must, and it is essential that you are goal focused.
  • You must be out-going and have the ability to establish and nurture customer trust.
  • You must be able to represent the company at industry events, in a professional manner.
